“‘Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.’ This perfectly encapsulates how I feel about my work at BluePath Health, as I get to work with different community-based organizations that go great lengths to provide holistic, tailored care to all their members. Our collaboration helps to enhance their systems and capabilities, further elevating the care they provide and the difference they make in their community.”

Khang Tran is a Senior Associate at BluePath, where he supports CalAIM TA Marketplace projects focused on workflow development, billing capability enhancement, and performance metrics and reporting.

Before joining BluePath, Khang analyzed claims, billing, and EHR data to support data-driven programs and monitor care access, utilization, and outcomes across 450+ sites in LA County. He also contributed to initiatives on youth substance use prevention, mental health, COVID-19 vaccination, and reducing bias in police departments.

He holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology with a concentration in Climate Change and Health from the Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Evolutionary Medicine from the University of California, Los Angeles. Khang collaborates on epidemiological studies with researchers from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Yale, and Georgia Tech.
