Emma Jeffries is a Senior Manager at BluePath Health, where she leads strategy, operations, and technology initiatives for nonprofits delivering and scaling Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports.
As a health care strategist with 10 years of experience in health plans and hospital systems, including as a health care consultant at Deloitte, Emma brings deep expertise in population health management, value-based care, and Medicaid and Fully Insured products.
Emma earned her Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
