Our team brings decades of experience working in community and statewide data exchange strategy development, implementing and optimizing EHR systems, closed-loop referral platforms, and analytics and population health management platforms.

We take a holistic approach in understanding program and technical requirements and integration constraints, and incorporate provider, community partner and patient experience. We have experience working in diverse provider and community-based settings, including HIT support in rural FQHCs and public hospitals, to incorporate new technologies (e.g. telehealth, electronic consults and referral management) into their processes.
