As a Senior Associate at BluePath Health, Kevin Quach provides research and policy analysis to various client projects, including e-consult reimbursement, telehealth initiatives, Medicaid managed care, payer affordability, and value-based care.
Prior to joining BluePath Health, Kevin worked extensively with policy and advocacy organizations to advance racial justice and health equity for underserved communities. At the California Primary Care Association, he supported workforce development initiatives for community health centers and provided policy research support related to the 340B drug pricing program.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health and a Master of Public Health in Health Policy from Yale University.
