DESCRIPTION:The Alameda CalAIM Children and Youth Workgroup will be meeting via Zoom on Tuesday\, August 12\, from 11:00am – 12:00pm. Please register for the meeting here. \nThe Children and Youth Workgroup is meeting monthly in 2025 to discuss best practices\, barriers\, and provider spotlights regarding CalAIM services geared toward the Children and Youth population. The agenda for this meeting includes a recap of our July workgroup meeting\, an update from First 5 Alameda on their Community Health Worker (CHW) Program\, and a deep dive on the most recent ECM data. Participants are invited to share questions\, insights\, and resources to support ongoing implementation efforts.
